Nice landscaping for desert location. Staff was friendly. Sites were decent size to accommodate rig with slides.

Sites are crowded but adequate. Poor design make getting into the site difficult for big rigs. Staff was friendly. Be sure to ask for their brochure which shows where local area business are.

We camped in site C34 which had an excellent view of the lake. There are trash cans at every site. We saw many many rabbits, 1 coyote, and 1 skunk (which did spray near our trailer). This is the nicest campground at which we have ever stayed.

This park is grossly overpriced. Sites are so narrow that slides could touch. Bags of ice cost $3 each. Laundry costs $2.50 to wash and $0.25 per 5 minutes to dry. Machines require $1 coins but they have no change machine. Laundry also lacks anything to hang clothes on as they dry. WiFi would not work at our site so I had to park next to the main building to get emails. However, bathrooms are very nice.

Texas sized sites are easy to get into. Staff is very friendly. WiFi is extra cost. Restrooms are not fancy but clean and well kept. Free limo available to nearby Big Texan Steak House.

Do not take a big rig!! They will allow a maximum trailer length of 36' but the J turn at the bottom of the steep downward road is very difficult for anything over 25 or 30 feet. We would have probably done damage to the rear of our trailer if we didn't have rollers attached. We were the camp entertainment for the evening getting our 36' fifth wheel into our space. It has nice wooded sites with huge redwood trees and a river behind. The bathrooms were primitive and didn't look clean. Also, there was no sewer hookup.
